1. How partners can benefit from Fazaa program?

Fazaa is a wide spread program all around UAE with more than 1,500,000 Members, every partner who enroll in Fazaa Program will benefit from free advertising on our communication platforms. Therefore, partners will increase exposure, and brand awareness thus increase Sales.

2. Does partnership with Fazaa will have any financial impact on the partners?

Partnership with Fazaa is free of charge.

3. Who can get Fazaa card?

Fazaa offers a range of exclusive services to employees of the Ministry of the Interior, government, and semi-governmental entities, Hemam and Frontline members. In addition to locals working in private sectors..

4. What offers and discounts partners can provide to Fazaa members?

We are flexible and open to different types of offer, for example: 50% discount from regular prices, Buy one Get one Free, Special price AED 500 instead of AED 900, etc.

5. Should discounts be applied all over the country?

If you have multiple locations (stores, outlets, etc.) across the country the discounts must be applicable to all locations.

7. What to do after registration?

After registration, Fazaa will prepare a discount contract Once the contract gets approved by both parties a page will be created on the website/mobile app and we will promote the brand offers and discounts as agreed in the contract.

8. Who makes the page on the website and mobile app?

The Partner will send the marketing material in a word document (Including pictures), in both languages’ Arabic and English, and Fazaa will create the page on the website.

9. How many images will show on the site?

The images must be in the sizes: wide 1080 x high 760 x depth 72 pixels. All picture must be in high resolution and we need maximum 7 images.

10. Is it possible to amend the offer?

The offers can be amended after sending us an official letter with 30 days prior to the amendment of the offer.

11. Are there any terms for the discount rate?

Terms and conditions for members must be provided by partner and posted on each webpage.

12. Are there stickers or advertising material?

We provide to all our partners 2 types of stickers to place in their locations and a counter stand with Fazaa Logo.

13. Are there exhibitions? How to participate?

Fazaa organizes events and exhibitions and all our partners are informed about these events via an official email. Conditions for participation are mentioned in each individual email and adapted to each event nature

14. Does the discount include family members?

We request all our partners to accept the discount for Fazaa members and their first-degree relatives (Father, Mother, Wife, Children, Siblings).

15. How members benefit from the discounts?

The partner staff should request to see the Fazaa card and the member must display one of our Fazaa cards (Platinum, Gold, Silver or discount) For the member to benefit from the promotion he should display one of Fazaa cards (Platinum, Gold, Silver or discount) to your staff.

16. Is it possible to request for any other ID?

Fazaa card is the only one that members must present to benefit from the discount or promotional offer, in some special cases the partner can request an Emirates ID card as well, such as (hospitals and medical centres).

17. Is there an annual payment to subscribe?

There is no payment to subscribe your company with Fazaa program.

18. How can we cancel a contract?

In The first contracting year contracts cannot be cancelled. After completing one year, the partner can cancel the contract after giving Fazaa a 30-day notice period. The offer is valid for 90 days from the date the notice was sent.
